Restorative Stretching: Utilizing a variety of passive stretches held for an extended period of time (2-6 minutes), this class will complement your fitness regime. Improve your flexibility, restore fuller range of motion and enjoy a meditative, quiet experience. Class will take place on the floor. Wear comfortable clothing, bring 2 pillows or bolsters for support. For both men and women. Taught by former dancer, Esther Lucas, who is a certified Recreation Therapist & Ballet Fitness Instructor, has her Bachelors Degree in Creative Arts-Dance and a Masters Degree in Recreation Administration.
