Repeats Fridays, 11:30 am – 12:30 pm, Tahoe/Sierra. Note: Ballet Barre will be in the Tahoe side only on 3/15 to accommodate an event in the Sierra Room.

Ballet Barre for Beginners – Develop the long, lean muscles of a dancer while gaining flexibility,  and strength utilizing the graceful exercises within a ballet barre class.  For both men and women.  No experience necessary.  Wear comfortable exercise clothes, ballet or jazz shoes if you have them or socks.  This class is a nice complement to your fitness regime.  Taught by former dancer, Esther Lucas, who is a certified Recreation Therapist, has her Bachelors Degree in Creative Arts-Dance and a Masters Degree in Recreation Administration as well as Certification to teach Ballet Fitness.
