Committees Documents:  documents associated with each of the committees are contained in the below sections.  The Application Form for applying to any of the Sierra Canyon Committees is at the bottom of the page.

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) was established to maintain the integrity of the architectural and design character at Sierra Canyon, established by PN II, Inc. To this end, the ARC reviews all proposed modifications to homeowner exteriors and landscape designs to ensure conformity with the ARC Design Guidelines. The ARC then approves or denies the homeowner’s application and notifies the homeowner in writing.

Procedure

Before modifying your landscaping or home exterior, pick up an ARC submittal packet at the Aspen Lodge front desk. Present your completed written application to the Lodge front desk before noon on the Saturday prior to the Wednesday ARC meeting date. This gives the committee time to review the application. Your attendance at the meeting will be helpful in case there are questions regarding your application. Call Aspen Lodge at 775-624-2900 for more information. Keep this?

Note: All approvals (or denials) are up to the Architectural Review Committee, who will respond to each application in writing.

Contact: mariah.becker@fsresidential.com

Schedule

Meetings are held on the second and fourth Wednesday of the month, except for winter which is the second Wednesday of each month. Meetings start at 8:30 am in the Arts and Crafts room at Aspen Lodge.
